I am writing to express my gratitude for the services you have provided to myself and flatmates. For the past year I have had the pleasure of living at your property which has been a pleasant, warm, clean, comfortable home that has been able to meet and surpass all our needs. The service you have provided us has been outstanding! Whenever, even though not often, an issue has arisen you have been easy and approachable to contact and resolved the issue in under a week.
